YingKou Changtai Aluminum Material Co. Ltd is a comprehensive company integrated with production of aluminum alloy building section, decoration section materials, industrial section materials and fabrication of advanced doors and windows.
The company is located in DaShiQiao Round-the-city Industrial Area,Yingkou district, near to YingKou New Port and YingKou Port. Zhong-Chang Railway,Shen-Da Expressway and Har-da Expressway cross here, it is only 1.5 hours' travel to ShengYang TaoXian Airport and Dalian Zhoushuizhi Airport.The communication is very convenient.
Our company occupies floor area 180,000 ㎡ ,building area 120,000 ㎡ ,has 2 aluminum alloy cylinder casting furnaces which is the most advanced in the country and 12 squeezing production lines, has two positive oxidizing production lines and two electrophoresis painting production lines(one of the two is imported to meet the need of international market, which contains very high technology).We imported four power-spraying production lines of the first class from U.S.A. and England. We also imported fluorine-carbon spraying production lines and timber grain production lines. At the beginning of 2004,our company invested a huge sum of money in building a processing center of aluminum alloy building section. The putting in modern equipments and technology, which not only strengthened production capacity, but also increased the contents of product technology greatly, particularly we have many kinds of the surface treatments. In order to keep the exuberant vitality, we have invited famous door and window designers to the fashionable product research institute to supply suitable product to the market that made a leading position in the line.
